Refund policy

All sales at Crafted by Alex are considered final once an order has been shipped. Customers may request order changes or cancellations only before the order is shipped.


Order Changes or Cancellations (Before Shipment)

You may cancel or change your order (including size, variant, or shipping details) before it is shipped by contacting us immediately at byalexservices@gmail.com.

Once your order has shipped, it becomes final sale unless it meets one of the exceptions below.


Exceptions – After Fulfillment or Shipment

We will accept returns or offer replacements only if:

  • You received the wrong item, size, or variant

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • Your order was lost in transit (must contact both us and the carrier)

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 15 days of delivery (or expected delivery date if lost)

  • Provide a clear photo of the issue (if applicable)

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the problem

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you are legally entitled to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item, even if it is not defective.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery at byalexservices@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item


30-Day Warranty Add-On

If purchased at checkout, the 30-Day Warranty Add-On gives you extra peace of mind:

  • Allows returns within 30 days of delivery for covered reasons under our policy

  • Blanket must be in brand new condition — unused, unwashed, undamaged, free of odors, and with original packaging

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, stains, washing damage, or misuse

  • Proof of warranty purchase is required


Not Covered

  • Change of mind after shipment (unless covered by the 30-Day Warranty Add-On or EU 14-day cooling-off period applies)

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective or incorrect)
